The Client Experience award will recognise firms that excel in client experience by creating memorable client experiences, managing expectations and leaving clients wanting to recommend them.

Entrants to the Client Experience category will be judged on the evidence of client experience, including training and support, client research, service focused leadership and client-led processes and policies. The judges will also be looking for innovative ways of creating a client centric firm and how firms measure their client experience and demonstrate continual review and improvement.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Exeter Cathedral on 22 June.
