The Evening will take place at the University of Exeter.

Join us for a drinks reception and a 3-course meal followed by coffee at the beautiful, Great Hall at Exeter University.

Following the main event, we would like to invite guests to join the afterparty, details of which will be announced shortly.

The formal black-tie (but feel free to celebrate in colour) event will take place over 3 parts of the evening;

6.15 pm - Arrival Drinks at The Great Hall

7.00 pm - Dinner service begins with a sit-down 3-course meal accompanied by tea & coffee.

STARTER

Crumbled feta, harissa roasted carrots, pomegranate, dukka, orange and nigella dressing

Beetroot cured salmon, pickled cucumber, horseradish crème fraich

Ham hock, terrine pickled carrot, pea purée, tarragon emulsion

MAIN COURSE

Sun-blushed tomato, olive and mozzarella arancini, pimento, rocket and crispy capers, spiced tomato and rosemary sauce

or

Roasted fillet of sea bass, seasonal greens, herbed crushed new potatoes, dill velouté

or

Fillet of lemon and thyme roasted chicken, seasonal vegetables, celeriac purée, fondant potato, chicken jus

DESSERT

Selection of mini salted caramel, raspberry curd, chocolate ganache and Sicilian lemon curd tartlets, pop macaroons, pop eclairs and mocha cake

11:30pm - The Ceremony finishes and the party begins. We invite guests to join us for more drinks, music and dancing.

All Tickets must be pre-booked, no tickets are available at the door.

Dress code: Black-Tie, cocktail dresses or gowns.
