The Evening will take place at the University of Exeter.

Join us for a drinks reception and a 3-course meal followed by coffee at the beautiful, Great Hall at Exeter University.

Following the main event, we would like to invite guests to join the afterparty, details of which will be announced shortly.

The formal black-tie (but feel free to wear SOME PARTY COLOURS) event will take place over 3 parts of the evening;

6.15 pm - Arrival Drinks at The Great Hall

7.00 pm - Dinner service begins with a sit-down 3-course meal accompanied by tea & coffee.

STARTER

Goats cheese mousse, pickled beetroot and rocket salad, sprinkled with roasted seeds

or

Ham hock terrine with a pea puree, pickled carrot and tarragon mayonnaise, served with toasted sourdough

MAIN COURSE

Elston Farm reared venison loin with bacon, roasted roots, savoy cabbage fondant potato and juniper jus

or

Roasted fillet of sea bream with seasonal greens, herbed crushed new potatoes, and a chive velouté

or

Summer garden risotto with courgette, pea and roasted fennel, parsley and lemon gremolata and crumbled feta style cheese

DESSERT

Lemon pannacotta, summer berries, raspberry sorbet, and short bread crumb

11:30pm - The Ceremony finishes and the party begins. We invite guests to join us for more drinks, music and dancing.

All Tickets must be pre-booked, no tickets are available at the door.

Dress code: Black-Tie, cocktail dresses or gowns.
